Harvard University is really a famous university around the world. I know the name when almost 10 years ago, though I do not know why it is so well-known.
Harvard was built in 1636. Americans wanted to establish institution of high learning,just be like Cambridge. Goverment allocate 4000000 dollars funds to start building. So its first name is Cambridge. In 1639, it has own name called Harvard.a Almost pioneers in America Civil War graduated from this school, and it trained 8 American president, 40 owners of Nobel Prize and 30 owners of Pulitzer. I was quite amazed its success of training students.
In2008, the MBA college of Harvard is the best one in the world! There is a statue of John Havard, who is the boss of early Havard University, he donate most money to this school. Crimso is the representive of Havard's color, and also the color of sports uniform and the name of newspaper,the Harvard Crimso.
When i walked in the university, i can the trees there is so tall. Even it was a sunny day, i can hide myself in shadow because of these tall trees. And there are so many tourists just like me , travel around the universty. We can see that Harvard is really famous, it attracts people from different places to come here. i think every students in Harvard is pround of their schools.
