The Black Heritage Trail

This week, we had a another long trip in another hot day. Although the Beacon Hill is relatively a silent in a shade behind the Boston Common, it still need patience to finish the whole trip completely. Fortunately, I held out until the last. The pattern of The Black Heritage Trail is similar to the Freedom trail, but people on this way maybe have leaden feet than the trail to another Freedom trail. The purpose of this trip is show us have the African American fight for their believes and freedom. In the early year of the American history, the segregation between the black and white is a most critical issue to affect on civil rights process of The United States. The black have overcame many barriers to reach the final goal. The spirit of the never give up is deserve us to study.
Back to the trip, we went through many houses and places which could be consider as the important relics for the history of the black people. It is all have their own story and memory. I and Jack got the final destination called the African meeting house, which is a really important place for the leader delivered their speech and gathered people meet together as a community. It is the "heart" in that time. In fact, during the trip , there may not have as many as big buildings or statues than the Freedom trail. The influence to me is more impressive. Because I am really respect the spirit from the black and it can lead these kind of people never walk alone.
